General Information: PURCHASE ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Please submit an official Purchase Order with all necessary information for all orders. Once order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or fax. For your convenience, an estimated “ship date” will also appear on the order confirmation. Purchase orders must contain the following information: Any changes must be confirmed in writing.

SAMPLES: Random samples are free, freight not included. Please provide shipper number on your order. Email orders to customerservice@conimar.com. REPEAT ORDERS: No additional screen charges for the same design, same colors, on the same items if reordered within two years, except items requir- ing plates, such as full color flex mats and placemats. SHIPPING: F.O.B. Shipping Point: Ocala, Florida, 34470. Title of the goods passes to the buyer at the shipping point. All shipments, unless otherwise specified, will be sent freight prepaid and added to in- voice. Split Shipments: First location is free; each additional loca- tion: $ 5.00 (G) charge. Case packs and weights are approximate and subject to change. See product page for packs and weights. NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production time of approximately 10-15 working days from receipt of artwork approval, Credit approval, or payment. Client’s PO and written Art approval are required. RUSH PRODUCTION TIME- Check with Customer Service. Rush service is available, subject to factory approval. Additional charges apply as follows: 50% up charge of total on any order shipped in less than 7 days. Only virtual production proofs are offered on Rush Orders. Rush production time begins after all approvals and payments have been received and does not include any shipping time. RETURN POLICY: Conimar Custom assures that our products are of good quality and without defects in material and workmanship. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of product if there is a problem with your order. Due to the custom nature of the products, factory authoriza- tion is required prior to the return of goods. Unprinted product is subject to a restocking fee.

CREDIT TERMS: Terms subject to Factory Approval. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. C.O.D. shipments are not available. ARTWORK SUBMISSION/REQUIREMENTS: Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks and copyrights. Products and logos shown in this catalog are for illustration only and not intended to suggest that these imprints are readily available to any purchaser without permission of the owners of the trademarks or copyrighted art. Check with customer service for stock portfolio of artwork that is available for “Name Drop”. Catalog photography may not show true item colors due to lighting and printing process. Flex Mats & Bamboo: Must have vector/outline file (like Illustrator, etc.) for the Die. Convert files to paths or include fonts. Placemats & Printed Flex Mats: 17 inches @ 300 dpi for full coverage. Art will print CMYK. Stone Coasters/Car Coasters: 200 dpi resolution at full size - Type no smaller than 7 pt. - reverse type no smaller than 8 pt. Templates available upon request. PROOFS, SIZE AND PLACEMENT OF ARTWORK: If instructions are not clearly stated, we will use our best judg- ment. A virtual proof will be sent for approval prior to production. Virtual Proof: No Charge Paper Proof: $ 50.00 (G). Additional paper proofs $ 25.00 (G) Production Sample: $ 50.00 (G) in addition to set up charge. OVER AND UNDER RUNS: Every effort is made to ship exact quantities. We reserve the right to over or under ship by 10% on plastic products and 5% on coasters.
