Online: www.conimar.com TERMS: Opening orders require a minimum of $300, credit card required. Re-orders $200. Credit terms with credit approval. We accept these major credit cards for payment: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. RETURNS: No returns accepted without prior authorization. Please contact Customer Service for Return Authorization Number (RA#). Unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. [Damages/Errors must be reported to customer service within a timely manner.] BACKORDER / CANCELLATION: Unless otherwise specified, back orders of $50 or less will be canceled. Notifications of out of stock or canceled items will be included with shipments. SHIPPING: Orders ship FOB Springfield, TN unless otherwise specified (with freight charges added to your invoice). Shipments qualifying for truck freight will ship least expensive carrier, freight collect. If no shipping instructions are provided, we reserve the right to ship least expensive and best method.
