CUSTOMER SERVICE CoasterStone ® , a division of Conimar Group LLC, is steeped in a tradition of customer service and personal support. Our most important job is taking care of you, our customer, and ultimately the consumer, your customer. If either you or your customers have a problem or concern, please contact us immediately. RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY Production begins on all orders once the order is received from the customer. Since the orders are made to order, we are unable to accept any returns . If we have sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of shipment for a replacement or credit. Canceled orders will incur a charge equal to value of products in production and/or already produced. TERMS Payment is due Net 30 days from invoice date to customers with satisfactory credit ratings. Late payments may result in loss of credit terms. Until credit is established, advanced payment can be made by ACH, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. A 3% service charge will be added to Net 30 accounts if paid with a credit card after shipping. There is a $ 20.00 service charge on all returned checks. CREDIT *Credit card required for first order To establish a Net 30 credit account, please provide three trade references plus one bank reference. Submit request in writing to: coasterstone@conimar.com. Late payments may result in a loss of credit. MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS Order minimum- $300. Less than minimum charge - $20. Minimum order can be met by purchasing and mixing any products in the catalog. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE All claims for damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment. In case of damage, file a claim with carrier immediately. Always retain all packing materials for the carrier to inspect. A credit memo will be issued to resolve damage. PRICING While we do our best to provide the most accurate pricing, due to circumstances out of our control, all prices are subject to change without notice. We will advise you of any price changes prior to accepting your order. Thank you for your understanding. LIABILITY LIMIT This product has been thoroughly inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event of a product defect (excluding breakage), the Company’s only obligation and buyer’s exclusive remedy is the replacement or repair of the product at no charge to the buyer. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.
