Order Minimums Opening order new account: $200 Reorder established account: $100

New Accounts Credit card required on first order. To establish credit, a Thirstystone credit application must be completely filled out & signed. All new Texas customers must fill out a Texas Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate to be considered for terms. Please call customer service at 800-829-6888 for more information. Payment Terms We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex & Discover. Terms can be established with approved credit. Invoices are payable at Net 30 days from date of shipping for customers with approved credit. A signed credit application must be on file for all accounts with terms. We do not ship COD or Prepaid. There will be a 1.5% service charge per month on past due invoices. There is a $25 fee for returned checks (NSF) . Collection expenses &/or attorney’s fees will be added on an invoice where applicable. Freight/Shipping All US orders shipped F.O.B. Gainesville, TX. Due to the size and composition of some displays we reserve the right to ship by truck carrier. Claims For Damage All claims for damage or shortages must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Call our Customer Service Department at 800-829-6888 for authorization & RA#. All returns must be authorized. The RA# must be written on the outside of all returned cartons. Our Shipping Department will not accept any returned merchandise without an RA#. Credit balances on accounts must be used within six months & can only be used towards merchandise. Liability Thirstystone shall not be liable for consequential, indirect or incidental damages, nor for any amount in excess of the price of the shipment involved under any part of this agreement. Thirstystone does not assume responsibility for usage. Backorder/Cancellation Unless otherwise specified, backorders under $50 or less will be canceled. Notifications of out of stock or canceled items will be included with shipments. Custom Program Please contact customer service for information regarding our custom products.
